LENDING

A defensible “yes” at origination

Mortgage intelligence, bank-data recovery, and an agent workforce for originators and private lenders. Every output traceable to its source.

01

Our view of the market

Every loan has a messy middle, between the lead and the decision: income, credit, scenario modeling, documents that do not arrive, bank connections that fail. It is slow, manual, and where deals die. Most of it still happens in spreadsheets and inboxes.

At the same time, liability for an AI output now lands on the lender, not the vendor. Regulators, the GSEs and privacy rules expect disclosure, safeguards and governance around every automated decision. A faster answer that cannot be traced is a new liability.

A defensible yes

What a lender buys from us is not speed alone. It is the confidence to take the complex file turned away today, and a record of how the number was reached: sources dated, assumptions editable, calculations checkable, human overrides captured as evidence. A record a stranger can replay.

Where we stop

  • The credit decision stays with a person. Agents prepare, check and draft. Underwriters, committees and licensed officers decide.
  • Your method stays yours. What an agent learns about how you evaluate a deal is private to you.
  • Nothing planned is described as shipped. Product statuses are stated on each page.
