Every open position describes a bundle of work. We build a working AI agent that delivers that bundle, inside the tools where the work already happens: the mailbox, the document store, the ticket tracker, the payer portal. A role, not a tool. Nobody logs in to a new dashboard.

This is applied research with a production goal. We are not studying whether role agents are possible. We build them and put them to work.

The thing that makes a regulated business good is rarely written down. It is how one originator reads a borrower, how one analyst builds the case, the exact pitch a loan officer has refined over a decade, the order in which a billing team checks a portal. That is the advantage, and it is trapped in the hours of the people who hold it.

An agent copies it faithfully: your words, your method, your rules, your sign-off. Then it pastes it onto the next file, the next county, the next five hundred residents. It stays private to you. Only you can scale it.

1. 01 · DISCOVERY

   Define the role, agree tool access, set the boundaries the agent must respect. Safety and judgment lines are engineered here, not appended later. KPIs are fixed now: share of the role’s output produced and accepted, cycle time, cost per unit of work.

2. 02 · ROLE DECOMPOSITION

   Map what the role actually does: tools, artifacts, decisions, judgment. The map becomes the skill plan and the evaluation plan.

3. 03 · BUILD AND ADOPT

   Ship a working agent early. The team uses it on real work. Measure what is accepted and improve continuously. A cycle, not a handoff.

The agent does not get the keys on day one. It starts by shadowing: drafts a person sends, assessments a person reviews, off the critical path. It takes over defined work streams only when the people it works for say so.

Every role page lists its own. These hold for all of them.

• Make the regulated decision. It prepares, checks, drafts and tracks. Approval stays with a licensed or accountable person.
• Guess. When it is not confident it holds the item back and says why.
• Widen its own scope. It asks before it changes who it contacts, what it reads, or what it sends. Nothing changes unless you say yes.
• Keep what it does not need. It works in your accounts, on your systems. We keep the record of what was done, not your correspondence or your customers’ data.
