Evidence builder
From a commercial goal to a claim that survives the buyer’s own scrutiny.
Pricing a service line, pitching a payer, sizing a market, arming a contract negotiation. The agent starts from the goal, finds which parts the record can settle, and writes the deliverable with its audit trail.
The job
A vendor holds a goal, not a question. The case a health plan will actually read has a shape, and most submissions are declined for reasons that were knowable in advance. The work is turning the goal into the questions the evidence can answer, and being straight about the ones it cannot.
What the agent does
- Maps the frontier
- Where each part of the goal would be settled: in the record, elsewhere, yours to declare, or refused.
- Builds the rate and coverage picture
- Published rates by payer and code against the fee schedule, with vintages.
- Works the numbers you declare
- Screening yield, exposure, deferred against avoided cost, on your own aggregate figures under a declared basis.
- Writes for the reader
- How to say what the evidence says to one named kind of reader, and which refusals that reader needs in front of them.
- Delivers with receipts
- Section order, two appendices, and the checked report filed in the audit log beside its receipts.
What it does not do
- Claim a payer covers your code. A published rate says what a payer pays when it pays, not whether it will.
- Add hard and soft savings. A buyer will take the sum apart in the first meeting.
- Write a sentence the figures do not entail. The check runs before the sentence ships, and a refused verdict prints beside the answer.
How to put it to work
- TODAY · PUBLIC EVIDENCE
Mount the free healthcare world in Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client and ask it how to take this seat. It answers from preserved public record, with a receipt on every figure.
- WITH US · YOUR EVIDENCE
The same seat on your own outcomes data and the buyer’s definitions, with the same tests, dated record and refusal boundaries. Hosted by us or inside your VPC, built alongside your team until your people run it.
